Alderbrook Resort and Spa

Less than 2 hours from Seattle, the beautiful Alderbrook Resort rests on the shores of the Hood Canal, home to eagles, osprey, salmon and seals.

Alderbrook is the perfect setting for this retreat. With the deep discussions taking place every day it was needed to have the afternoon to re-fresh and let it all soak in.

How To Book A Room

For 2023 Alderbrook requires you to book room accommodations through this unique link:

This link automatically includes our group code Leadership and Legacy and allows you to book from our reserved block of rooms.

Every year the resort fills up quickly and this year Alderbrook has already sold out of all the other rooms for these dates. So without using the link above, Alderbrook website and staff will see those dates as fully booked.

If there are no rooms left or if you are looking for a different style of accommodations, there are also options on AirBnB or VBRO. July is a very busy time for this area so please book as early as possible.

If you are having trouble finding a room or booking a room, please contact Joan or Mary.

Why we choose Alderbrook each year

Our meeting room opens onto an expansive view of the water and is just the right space to support learning and conversation. The resort lends itself well to relaxation, reflection, renewal, and fun.

We believe that a getaway shouldn’t mean roughing it. The luxury guestrooms and accommodations are beautifully designed with thoughtfully appointed amenities. Like premium linens and comfy duvets. Daybeds and soaking tubs. A lobby with a massive stone fireplace and leather couches to sink into. A waterfront pool. A world-class full service Spa. A neighboring PGA-class golf course. Plus some of the best food in the region, with fresh local seafood and world-class wines. And a marina only steps away.

The Alderbrook Resort is the kind of place where you can put your feet up at the end of the day, watch the sun set and say, yes. This is good.
